Arts & Culture Publication Founder

I am a co-founder and former President/Chair of LondonFuse New Media Collective. I worked to grow and sustain this not-for-profit organization from its inception in 2010 to its closure in 2022.

Throughout my various roles with LondonFuse, I have chaired meetings, created marketing materials, facilitated business planning, directed strategic planning discussions, created resource development strategies, focussed on board governance and policy writing, managed staff, and achieved organizational sustainability through fundraising and granting programs.

This arts and culture publication provided a digital media training program and online platform for local artists and writers to contribute to the local creative community in London, Ontario.

The LondonFuse website and publication archive closed on June 30, 2023, after 14 years of operation.

Testimonial

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Katie for many years, going all the way back to volunteering at events run by 379 Collective.

I worked closely with her at LondonFuse and know I can rely upon her passionate dedication to the organization as well as keen creative sense for all of the support I need.

When working with Katie, I know that the organization I am part of is in very good hands and that the work we do will come to fruition as the very best it can be. ”
